Amandeep Midha

I am currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Hybrid Greentech Energy Storage Intelligence in Denmark, specializing in building energy solutions using Rust and Red Panda event streaming. Previously, I held roles as a Principal IT Consultant, Data Architect, and CTO, primarily within the Fintech and Banking sectors in the Nordics. My experience includes facilitating the integration of banking systems using Event Streaming and leading the development and upskilling of engineering teams in migrating platforms from legacy systems to cloud-based solutions. As the former CTO of Ernit, the first Nordic Fintech to be incubated at Techstars New York in 2016, I have also demonstrated my technical leadership abilities. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am an active participant in discussions about the impact of technology on society. I have engaged in these conversations as a member of the Forbes Technology Council, Horasis Visionary Circle, TechBBQ, Nerd 9ights, and various other forums, where I passionately contribute to the discourse
