He has mentored developers, team leads, and Directors in career path development, interdepartmental communication skills, recruiting and conflict resolution. He has been an intricate part of building a company from start-up through high growth into responsible growth stages. I recently made a move from Engineering to Sales Engineering and am learning a lot about another area of business.
