I moved to Canada to work at Vendasta and I have been acting as an Engineering manager for 2+ years, being always active in the Hiring and Knowledge sharing space, organizing hackathons, Conferences internally as well as presenting talks and writing blogs internally. As well I am always active in changing processes to best-fit the company and its employees.
