I'm Florian, a Software Engineering Manager at Teads. I'm responsible for leading a team of 10 highly talented engineers to enable more than 40 contributors to build, run and measure their features in an efficient and reliable platform. I promote best practices and use a homemade design system to catalyze and standardize the UI/UX. My passion lies in mentoring and helping others grow as engineers, and I strive to foster an environment of learning and excellence. Prior to joining Teads, I was a Software Engineering Manager at Aircall, where I worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from web development, api integrations. My previous experience has given me the knowledge and skills to tackle complex software engineering challenges. In my free time, I'm an active member of the Plato community, where I mentor and empower aspiring developers to become successful engineers.
