Ashish Arora

I am Head of Engineering & ML, Product Analytics at Autodesk. I lead an organization of 4 teams that are on a mission to build a centralized insights platform to improve customer experience across all our products at Autodesk. My expertise spans various domains, including product development, data engineering, and machine learning. I have led the growth of engineering function in the experience analytics organization from being the first hire to an org of 28+ people. Previously, I have worked on leveraging insights from data to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and growth. Mentoring is a genuine passion of mine, and I firmly adhere to Plato's belief that "the unexamined life is not worth living." I find great fulfillment in guiding and supporting others in their professional development. In my free time, I enjoy reading, photography, cooking, weightlifting, and exploring new places.
