About the speakers Phil is Co-founder at Jellyfish, the leading Engineering Management Platform (EMP) that provides complete visibility into engineering organizations, the work they do, and how they operate. Prior to Jellyfish, Phil was a Product executive at a number of companies including Vocus and Endeca, an enterprise search software company that was acquired by Oracle Technologies for over $1B. Phil holds a BSE from Princeton university.

Patrick Rubeski is VP of Engineering at Buildium (RealPages). Patrick first joined Buildium in 2014, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in scaling engineering teams, most recently at Healthcaresource and Triumvirate Environmental. In addition to leading Buildium’s engineering team, Patrick recently received his M.B.A. from Bentley University. He also holds a B.A. in Mathematics from St. Anselm College.
