Scaling Team

Howdy all! I'm Wayne, and I currently head up Product Engineering at Hired and was previously the founding engineer and head of Engineering at Revinate, where I scaled the team up to 45 people across Application Engineering, Core Services, Infrastructure/Tech Ops, and QA. I'm super passionate about individual development and growth, hiring and recruiting, team efficiency, and of course, technology! If there's anything I can help you with, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Sorry, I am not currently available for mentoring sessions.
