As an entrepreneur I'm passionate about building products and technology for good. I have a knack for creating clarity, setting strategy, and executing in complex and nuanced environments. Most of all, I enjoy helping others solve problems and build amazing careers and companies.
I’ve spent a lot of time in early-stage startups and non-profits. I got a Silicon Valley crash course after moving to the Bay in 2010 and hanging out at Stanford trying to get ideas off the ground. Today, I'm an Engineering Manager at Airbnb and work at the highly cross-functional intersection of community and public policy. Previously, I was CTO at RentMethod (acquired by Airbnb).
I've been managing teams at Airbnb for 3 years and tend to often wear many hats. Personal and leadership development is fascinating to me. On the side, I coach and advise founders and product / engineering leaders on a variety of topics ranging from goal-setting and strategy, leadership and team development, to scaling organizations. Looking forward to sharing and learning with you all.
Sorry, I am not currently available for mentoring sessions.

An outside perspective is often helpful to challenge thinking and existing patterns. I enjoy helping folks develop clarity and come up with new ideas to move forward.
I coach and advise teams, founders, and other product / engineering leaders on a variety of topics ranging from goal-setting and strategy, leadership and team development, to scaling organizations. Demands on both technology and organization evolve throughout the life cycle of a company. I’ve helped build teams and products across stages.
