SVP of Engineering at SurveyMonkey, managing a team of over 150 talented people as we continue to grow both organically and through acquisition. We have engineering teams spread 4 offices within North America.
Originally hired as a Sr. Software Engineer but quickly transitioned to managing the staff.
While running our engineering department, we grew the team from 8 to it's current size of around 150. Helped acquire and retain top talent and organize the team and processes for high velocity and quality delivery of new product features.
As part of our impressive growth, we made a huge investment to a new platform based on micro-services, python, and client side web applications from it's original monolithic stack.
