Personally hired top talents to bootstrap the team for both Sunnyvale and Bangalore. Responsible for many of the key server infrastructure and wrote most of them from scratch. Designed a framework for multi-tier transactional deployment and Adapter framework architecture. Transformed this product from a monolothic process oriented to multi threaded product. Designed a framework using JNI and RMI to make the product a complete distributed and scalable product. Rearchitected several key components of the product for scalability and performance
