Hi everyone, I'm Vignesh Sukumar, Senior Engineering Manager at Optimizely leading their Data Platform. I've been fortunate to help build several Engineering organizations in startups in my previous roles. My recent experience has been around growing engineering organizations from startup size to post-IPO/acquisition while leading technology transformation initiatives and product delivery execution. I particularly enjoy and excel working in environments that require tight collaboration and influence across cross-functional BUs including Sales and Customer Success. I'm keen on pushing myself to be a better leader in every circumstance, and am happy to share my experience and learn from the Plato Community.
