Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Moussouni. I am VP of Engineering, based in Switzerland. I have experience coaching, building and leading engineering teams within fast growing and innovative environments. I lead engineering teams and managers in a remote, hybrid and fully collocated organisations. I am interested in different engineering & product topics such as agile software development processes and practices, scaling organisations, company’s culture, coaching for leaders/teams, engineering growth (hiring, management, coaching, retention…), fostering innovation, cross-team collaboration and most of all building awesome product ;-) Lead teams of 50+ engineers and actively involved in the engineering growth strategy, I am also Promoting diversity and inclusion in the tech industry.
