May 2016 - October 2018: Led a team of 12 PMs & Designers as Head of Product. Work included: \- Grew core product to influence 50 million consumers and over $1bn in spend at local businesses. \- Recruited design leadership and shepherded a build-out of design organization. \- Collaborated with CEO to make strategic decision to develop an organization-wide bet on a new product and product strategy. October 2018 - Present. I've handed off the product team to my lieutenant and moved to the Seattle area. I continue to fix things at Fivestars (where I'm now working remotely).

Facilitated the integration of a personalized retail promotions pilot program (using Freshplum's technology) into the TellApart (and later Twitter) ad product offerings.

Incrementally relaunched the entire product, which included releasing: \- New photo viewer \- New photo uploader \- New album interface \- Auto-tagging via facial recognition (powered by what was at the time the largest private ML backend in the world) \- Hi-res photos
