Lead a team of ~50 Data Architects, Data and Analytics engineers, BI developers, Data scientists, Machine learning engineers and Product owners which supports various Enterprise data initiatives. Key responsibilities of the team are – Managing Commerce, Authentication, and other micro-services driving WWE’s OTT Streaming platform serving ~2mm customers. Also responsible for managing all telemetry data (~1000s of data points per customer) being collected through the platform and its integration with other platforms – Building & managing WWE’s Customer Data Platform & Marketing Stack which helps manage Customer interactions across all WWE experiences and channels and helps optimize them through testing –Building and managing foundational data assets such as Data Lakes, Data Warehouse and Data marts, Visualization and Predictive models which help drive business decisions across each line of business – Developing and maintaining WWE’s Data Management Platform which is a Cloud native ecosystem of services, workflows, frameworks and interfaces built with Data Ops principles and which supports ~300+ Business users, business analysts and data scientists – Developing and executing on WWE’s Machine Learning and AI strategy to support enterprise initiatives – Securitizing data assets and complying with prevailing Data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA
