I am Nirmal Srinivasan, Senior Director of Engineering, Embedded Payments at JP Morgan Chase. I have extensive experience in leadership roles working for companies such as Netflix, Apple, and PayPal, and Chime. I strive to drive innovation, deliver exceptional results, and build high-performing teams. I have managed large-scale software engineering initiatives that have played a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of the fintech industry. My deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies, combined with strategic mindset, has helped me develop and implement robust software solutions that streamline operations, enhance user experiences, and drive business growth. In my current role, I lead engineering teams in the Payments space at JPMC focusing on building Tokenization and wallet integrations. I have experience with developing and deploying distributed systems, as well as managing teams of diverse engineers. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about developing and mentoring engineers, and have been a frequent speaker on the topics of engineering leadership and team building. In my free time, I love to read, explore new cities, and spend time with friends and family. I'm also an avid traveler and enjoy learning about different cultures.
