Hi all! I’m Nicolas and currently Engineering Manager at BackMarket for a couple of months... Prior to BackMarket, I held various management roles for 5 years at BlaBlaCar, dealing with remote teams, fast growth pace problematics and Tech Culture development. Before that I was a backend developer for 10 years within small startup and 2 major web companies in France: Meetic (Match.com) and Viadeo. Today I’m focussing on the well being of my teams but also on our Tech Employer Brand development. I’m also in charge of a wonderful family of 3 children with my wife and I’m living around Paris in France ;)
