Nic Goodall

I am Nic Goodall, the Head of Engineering at Learnerbly. I oversee all things engineering from scaling the platform to evolving the org and ensuring high quality consistent delivery. I work alongside the exec team to shape and plan the companies strategy, often partnering with other senior leaders to support company-wide initiatives Prior to my role at Learnerbly, I served as the Snr Engineering Manager at Treatwell for 3 years. During this time, I honed my skills in team leadership, pressure situations, and business strategy. I also gained experience in software deployment and continuous integration and delivery. My strong management skills helped drive continuous improvement within the company. With my extensive background in engineering and management, I have become a valuable asset to any team. In my free time, I enjoy mentoring and coaching others to help them achieve their full potential. I am a strong believer in the power of mentorship and continuously seek opportunities to share my knowledge and skills with others. I also have a passion for Plato's philosophy and its relevance in modern-day leadership. As a lifelong learner, I am always seeking new ways to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
