Hi everyone, My name is Nicholas Goodall and I am currently Head of Engineering at Learnerbly. I am also a certified career coach and rugby coach, and a huge advocate of personal growth & development. Over the past 14 years, I've been building and supporting teams of various sizes across a range of industries. When it comes to helping others, I've successfully coached and mentored people through career changes, challenges at work, goal setting, work-life balance, and more from juniors just starting to find their feet all the way up to C-level execs dealing with high-stakes challenges.
