I'm Nicholas Clark and I'm the co-founder and CTO at Divvy Homes. We have helped over 3000 families into their first home and raised over $400m from A16Z, Tiger in our first 3.5 years. I'm focused on building out the engineering and data-science orgs (currently around 20 people) and overseeing the development of the software and models that help our business scale. Prior to Divvy, I was the CTO at DoubleDutch where I helped scale the company from 4 to 300 employees and 45-person engineering team. I love talking about those 0->1 moments in a startup, how to think about engineering culture, hiring, and technology.
