Hi I'm Nathan, and I'm excited to help smart, ambitious tech leaders who want to accelerate their learning and growth, at their current job and beyond. I've worn a lot of hats in my career. Most recently I was an engineering director at a Series D startup, where I built a data team and a couple of product development teams from the ground up. Prior to that, I had chapters as a data scientist, engineer, startup founder, and financial operations analyst at a public company. My breadth of perspective from those roles helps me achieve meaningful results, navigate difficult situations, and create growth opportunities for the people I work with.
