Hello, my name is Natali Itzler (pronounce: She/her/hers). I started my journey in Software Engineering without a proper Software Engineer degree, pure curiosity, and passion for Computer Science. During this exciting journey, I moved through various positions including Quality Assurance Engineer, Software Engineer in Test, Quality Assurance and Automation Manager, and Senior Software Engineer. I have extensive experience in transitioning career paths, self-learning, and navigating career change across countries (Belarus -> Israel -> USA). At the same time, I'm a mom of 2 young toddlers and had a lot of learning on how to navigate work-life balance in a high-performance environment. I would love to share this experience with others and help with challenges or potential career transitions you might be going through.
