Milos Stojanovic

I'm Milos Stojanovic, a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Meta. I'm currently leading a ~20 engineering team in developing a Media Processing Infra platform. My role focuses on defining the long-term strategy and direction for the team, as well as working with other senior tech leaders on the architecture of the system. I'm also collaborating heavily with various product teams across the company to ensure our system meets their needs. I previously held roles (both as an individual contributor and a people manager) at Google and Microsoft. I'm involved in a number of mentorship programs and I'm actively trying to promote the values of mentorship in the tech industry. I enjoy providing coaching to tech professionals, helping understand what it takes to be successful in an increasingly competitive ecyosystem and figuring out a successful career growth path, especially if you are currently mid-level to senior software engineer or an IC transitioning to an EM role (or vice-versa).
