“
I’m based in Winston-Salem, NC and have over 25 years of experience in the enterprise technology industry. I’ve been an entrepreneur, consultant, product and services leader, and currently serve as head of product for ReadyWorks, one of the first Digital Platform Conductors. I also serve as a product advisor and coach to CEOs and product managers through my company, Trigr Innovation. In the past I've not only been an early contributor to several successful startups, but I have worked across functional and geographic boundaries of larger firms. I recently led technology engagements and a large internal transformation project at Publicis Sapient, and previously I served as COO and Head of Product for MissionMode, where I built and ran a multi-tiered global communications platform to facilitate enterprise collaboration and crisis management. I have advised and consulted with many other companies on product strategy in engagements lasting from weeks to months. Earlier in my career, I drove product innovation and delivery at firms like PLATINUM technology, BroadVision and IBM. I hold a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT, plus a minor in Music. I volunteer for organizations promoting the arts, entrepreneurship and STEM education, advise a number of technology startups, and am a mentor and board member for startup accelerator programs in North Carolina.
