Hi folks, my name is Michael Galloway, and I am currently a Director of Platform Engineering at Doma. For the last 20 years I've held various technical titles (Eng, Architect, CTO, director, etc.), and I've worked in a variety of businesses from small startups building web pages, to Yahoo, to a co-founded startup (acquired), to an enterprise-focused B2E late startup, to Netflix, and now Doma. My experience ranges from architecture and direct implementation, to management of distributed teams across the states (CA, WA, MA, and TX). My passion is in converting problems into real technical solutions, be they business problems or consumer, and in guiding my teams to grow out of their comfort zones and challenge themselves.
