Sorry, looks like I have been booked!
With over a decade of experience in product management, primarily in finance, I have led strategy and execution on a number of major initiatives. My career would not be where it is today without a strong lineup of mentors throughout, and now I want to share my expertise and help others become stronger PMs. I have had several mentees during my time at Capital One, but want to share my experience a bit more broadly. Outside of my professional life I enjoy traveling, cooking, writing (blogs and short stories), and the occasional hour or two of gaming :)

My accidental journey into product management
Sr. Manager, Product Management
Apr 2018 - current
I manage 3 direct reports across 6 agile development teams for our native iOS and Android customer servicing apps; I lead mobile CX strategy for our credit card rewards and travel experiences, as well as our multi-user agenda. I set the vision, prioritize resources and, through my teams, I execute and deliver on customer experiences that ladder up to business objectives.
Group Product Manager
Jun 2016 - Mar 2018
I led our product, design, and tech teams to deliver key customer functionality across web and mobile channels at this growth-stage company. I led the build out of the entire ecommerce funnel, from pre-customer to onboarding to customer management, as well as some new initiatives that will lead to greater and more profitable solar energy growth.

Started as a QA Analyst and technical help desk, and was promoted to product manager within a year. I initially focused on maintenance of our core product, and later designed and launched a full end-to-end workflow manager for our biggest client.
