My name is Mark, since 2017 i am a consultant at my own consulting firm (nlevel.io), advising founders and leaders in a software company on topics relating to creating software, forming teams, and operating production sites. Currently, advising at Synacy (synacy.com), Symph (symph.co), as a contributor at Gemfury (gemfury.com), and co-host of the Cebu Code Camp (cebucodecamp.org) community. Since 2001, I have co-founded startups, namely LearningToGo, Simpleteq, Caresharing (caresharing.com). I did a short consulting work at Reapra (reapra.sg), a VC firm in SG, helping cohorts on technology and software. Based in Cebu, Philippines, and Singapore. I am excited to be part of the Plato community. I did a bit of official and unofficial mentoring of other leaders for some time, so keen to improve and learn further, as i get to know more people. Although, i do work as a consultant, this is more of a break year for me from building a startup, while i explore what may be new ideas to work on in the future.
