An entrepreneur at heart, I built my first startup at 14. It lasted for 8 years and scaled up to 40 employees....that was in 2005. In 2012, I built Naqeshny (now SpeakOl), an online debating platform, which saw up to 30 million visits per month. I also led the team which built elvesapp.com, an AI driven personal assistant using chat bots. To complement my skill set, I decided to move to the Netherlands in 2017 to gain better insight into the international business scene. Since then I have helped multiple companies like Booking.com hire and scale their engineering teams and achieve their business objectives.
