Hi everyone, I’m Kah Seng Tay, VP of Engineering at drive.ai, a self-driving car startup, which has grown about 3x in the last year since I started. I was most recently at Quora for 6 years, seeing it grow 10x, and where I moved from IC to management before leaving as a director of engineering. I’ve been first employee at a YC startup that was acquired, and spent time at several larger companies too (literally working for companies at every size <10, <100, <1000, <10^4 and <10^5). I’ve been managing in tech companies for 6 years, and am a Lieutenant in the EOD bomb squad reserve after 2.5 years of active service in Singapore many years ago. Looking forward to getting to know you!

Sorry, I am not currently available for mentoring sessions.
