Furthermore, I provide leadership to a team of c 30 people across Product, Visual design, Content and UX Design, Development and Testing, Trading and Analysis and have oversight of CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Notable Accomplishments: - Drum Award Winner. Team winning 2021 ‘Best Website relaunch of the year’ category - Website re-platform from Oracle to AEM for both content and sales websites resulting in increased page load speeds ~35%, enabling a more immersive sport viewing experience, doubling conversion, and SEO traffic to sales up 276% resulting in an increase of sport sales by 83% - In addition to customer benefits, site improvements reduced content editor wasted effort - Creating and socialising vision and strategy demonstrating how TV and Sport content will drive tangible business and customer value where previously had an unclear purpose The vision is to be #1 destination for Sport Content in the UK. - Driving the decision to repurpose banner assets across the experience from 3rd party advertising, to focus on the customer experience by merchandising relevant and tactical events and offers (using Adobe Target/Audience Manager) as well as adding contextual CTAs within live stream and matchday experiences - More than doubled financial value from content in the first year of re-launch - Led the delivery of a major programme where BTTV expanded content offering to incorporate NowTV + Sky on BT TV. Including simplifying our Acquisition and Retention journeys, merchandising relevant content and prioritising and solving the most important customer pain points through A/B testing activities . - My team had the highest employee satisfaction score in the alliance for 2020
