Hi everyone, I’ve been a Software Developer for over 25 years, and I have more recently focused on a manager role. At my current job in Modernizing Medicine, I have been managing a growing team of 8+ wonderful software engineers for the past 2 1/2 years . We develop software for doctors and the whole practice personnel with an emphasis on improving the encounter with the patient. We face many challenges in terms of meeting deadlines, delivering value, and complying with the government rules and specifications, as well as to have the right balance at nurturing and facilitating our team members’s technical and personal skills. Prior to working in Modernizing Medicine, I have worked most of my career as software engineer in Siemens, in the area of Telecommunications. Happy to be part of this wonderful group!
