My expertise lies in: 1. People - I'm a people-first leader. I focus on the people in my organizations and build an environment in which we can maximize their strengths and create a psychologically safe spaces for them to learn and grow in. 2. Processes/Systems - I add, remove, and modify the right processes and systems at the right time enabling the organization to function efficiently and effectively. I use metrics to surface data and focus on what is top of mind to us. 3. Product - It is important to me to understand the landscape of the industry, what our differentiation is, and the value that our users gain from our product(s). I enjoy building a vision (if it doesn't exist or is unclear), creating the strategy and OKRs to achieve it and then execute, delivering on our commitments.
