    A result-driven VP of Engineering with over 20 years of experience in technology and problem-solving. I have more than 10 years of experience holding different management positions. Experienced in both B2B at the customer full satisfaction and B2C experience with mobile & in web environments. I have been fortunate enough to work in both small start-ups, midsize level and large enterprises from biotech companies, smart cities, IoT, e-learning, and e-commerce. I am passionate about technology and what can be achieved with it. I believe and love to mentor and train developers and leaders as I set clear objectives for continuous improvements of knowledge, processes, and personal growth.
