I have over 15 years of building, leading, and mentoring high performance software development teams. From product and platform development to large scale packaged software implementations, I exhibit a passion for building software solutions that marry strong user experience with the proper technology implementations. Recently I have been leading an initiative to transform a traditional engineering consulting firm into a software product development organization. In previous roles, I utilized a design driven approach, to redesign the UI/UX for a customer's eCommerce site. This combined with the implementation of a new eCommerce technology platform led to an improvement of 60% of their overall conversion rate over the same period year-over-year from their previous site. I am outgoing, and an extremely detail-oriented leader who enjoys mentoring teams as well as working to reach clarity and consensus with stakeholders.
