Prior to Akeneo and RunAs.io, I was a Technical Director of Engineering at OVH or Voodoo where I managed 3 teams with different context. I have managed full stack teams ranging from web, mobile to API, data engineering and mainly DevOps/SRE. I have been in management for about 6 years now. Prior to OVH, I was Escalation Manager at Criteo, where I managed people but also a lot of big issue and crisis. Before that I have had my share of IC (developer, sysadmin, production engineer, project manager, architect) & Management roles. I believe in participative and transformational style of leadership. My motto: Don't fear the unknown. Learn, Accept and Change. I love to share and learn from others. Hope my experience will be useful to some of you.
