I am a Senior Engineering Manager of over 20 years, a learning leader and strive to create an innovation culture in all that we do together. I specialize in coaching Engineering Managers or those who aspire to be. My differentiator is intuition in that I can identify issues within, between and outside teams. This helps me build bridges with different collaborative teams (Engineering and Product) in a remote first distributed culture. I have high regard in taking care in developing leadership potential through directing, mentoring, coaching and then delegation. I embed a coaching culture to encourage the unlocking of individual potential to deliver strong outcomes to meet OKRs. I encourage a culture of trust and authenticity at the centre of all we do.
