I'm Christophe Broult, and I'm Director of Test Engineering at diconium. I'm responsible for caring for the happiness and personal development of a group of agile test engineers. As a SAFe SPC, I'm committed to enabling diconium's business agility through relentless improvements. I have extensive experience in QA engineering, having held a similar role at Dalia Research and 1&1 IONOS Cloud GmbH. I am also experienced in software engineering, having been a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Shutterstock. In my free time, I'm a mentor for the Plato community, in which I bring my experience to mentor and motivate young professionals. I'm also a passionate reader and enjoy playing sports.
