Being CTO and Manager of Engineering for more than 5 years, 15 Years in the IT field, working in Tech companies focuses on building platforms to kill the traditional pipeline, also having great experiences across industries like Insurance, Legal, Health care, Real estate, E-Commerce and Enterprise solutions, gave me the chance and the opportunity to be able to build any development hubs or software development streams with high exposure to different technologies using high standards and delivering top of the shelf products from all perspectives. All this great experience across multiple winning start-ups let me learn and build a solid deep technical knowledge across technology and I have the ability to lead any development hub and the engineering part of the company that I work on. I enjoy dealing with complicated cases that require a solution and building a top-of-the-shelf tech stack with a high standard. 

 Starting from the analysis, architecture, design, development, verification, release management, infrastructure maintenance, and using cloud services, integrations, and support. Looking forward to helping my mentees to continue growing as professionals. I specialize in helping senior engineers decide whether they want to take the technical or management path.
