I simplify lives through products. By combining my passion for strong organizational design and user experiences with my product experience, I build compelling products for users and positive outcomes for businesses. The road to product success involves being intimately aware of the goals of the business and its "secret sauce", getting clear on the motivations and pain points of users, and validating product ideas in the easiest, cheapest way. Thinking big and starting small is as key to my process as solving the right problems at the right time and iterating against the metrics that matter most. Being an effective product leader means leading with strategic context, designing empowered teams that are accountable to results, and coaching with the intent of getting people better at their jobs. A psychologically safe, learn-fast culture is my ideal. In my free time, I can be found charging down ski slopes, creating in a kitchen, traveling in a foreign land, getting inspired by documentaries and podcasts, or mentoring current and aspiring product managers.
