I develop web applications since 2001, and manage teams since 2012. I spend more that 10 years at OCTO Technology where I had quite a large type of missions, like audit, tech lead or architect, for lots of different client from big banks to startups. I spent five years at Doctolib where I led up to more than 45 persons, in 8 feature teams. Always looking to maximise team productivity (what is shipped in production) on short, mid and long term, I focus on building great teams by having safe and fun space.
