I am an agile engineering leader with 15+ years of experience leading engineering orgs and delivering on strategic initiatives. I love my role as a technologist, one who is always learning, and as a people manager and leader scaling orgs and cultivating high performing teams. I had the unique opportunity to be part of 2 successful IPOs - Medallia (NYSE: MDLA), Opower (NYSE: OPWR, acquired by Oracle) I started my engineering career as a software engineer, delivering engineering solutions to business problems and then gradually moved towards leading engineering teams to solve bigger problems. I believe in being a multiplier for my team, helping/guiding the team to do their best. I take pride in my work.
