Hello Everyone! I am currently the head of consumer product at Simpl- India's largest buy now - pay later solution. We are trying to solve inefficiencies in the banking infrastructure to deliver superior checkout experiences. Prior to this, I was VP of Product at Haptik, one of the world's largest conversational AI platforms. I love dedicating myself to projects that deliver positive disruption. Very early on in my career, I found myself at fast growing companies, and thus had the opportunity (fortunately or unfortunately) to set-up, scale and manage teams. I have made a fair share of scaling mistakes, but was fortunate to iterate fast by having mentors around me, and thats why I am excited to be a part of the Plato community. I love working with early teams to figure out the right management practices for early stage companies, as they scale, that help them stay lean and efficient at the same time.
