I am an engineering leader with 25+ years of experience and a passion for enabling impactful products and teams. I currently lead the engineering team at TLR Ventures, a biotechnology startup, where I am responsible for the development of key software products. I led a team of machine learning engineers at a Conversational AI startup that was successfully acquired by Cisco in 2017. At Cisco, I built and launched Webex Assistant, the leading enterprise AI virtual assistant for meetings and collaboration. In addition to my professional work, I am a mentor and believe in giving back to the community. I was a Crisis Counselor for 2 years and learnt immensely about teen mental health.
