Hi! I’m David and I’m Chief of Staff to the CTO and CPO at Doctolib. I’m responsible for Tech and Product’s transformation program to support Doctolib’s shift from a single product company to a multiple product x country company. Previously grew a distributed team from 5 to 120 as Engineering Director. Happy to have sessions on scaling engineering teams and the challenges related to that. I’m passionate about dynamics of high performing teams, people management, navigating cultures and decision making in the midst of scaling.
