Anupama Joshi

I am Anupama Joshi, a Sr. Director of Personalization, AI, ML Platform at Target. I have been with the company for over 4 years, and during this time I have developed a successful product portfolio including data warehouse/data lake, data engineering, analytics and AI platform and tooling for workflow management and MLOps. I have also been instrumental in driving ML capabilities and platform, creating new data products that greatly impacts business strategy and revenue for Target AI. As a result, personalization attributable demand grew from less than 1 Bn to 3 Bn. In addition, I have been responsible for product development and delivery for High Performance Computing (on prem) and systems. In my past roles, I have held various leadership positions in the AI and ML space. I have collaborated heavily with outside partners to develop innovative solutions and worked closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. I have also guided and mentored teams of global TMs including scientists, engineers and PMs in order to help them deliver impactful digital experiences for our customers. In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors, exploring new places and nature. I also enjoy mentoring and helping others unlock their potential by providing guidance and advice.
