I am a product leader with a broad background that gives me a unique perspective on product design, teamwork, and leadership. At USAA, I listened to customers so I could match their needs with solutions. I improved processes to make customer experiences simple. I developed skills to influence, gain alignment, and communicate effectively with audiences from a variety of backgrounds. I pulled design thinking forward into product management, where I was able to cast a vision from the earliest stages of product design, which yielded exceptional business results. I have led teams who have been recognized for their contribution to innovation in financial services. Today at WSECU, I lead several initiatives that include digital transformation, product development maturity, and a human centered research program.
