Hi I'm Sean, I grew up in California, spent most of my career in Silicon Valley at Lyft and Mozilla, and now live in Copenhagen contributing to the tech community here as an Senior EM at a scaleup Pleo and as a startup mentor at Rockstart. As a mentor, I’m open to different types of mentorship based on what style works best for you. I have a range of experience from helping EMs of a single team work with stakeholders to VP-level work helping to build an engineering organization in a rapidly scaling company. While I've worked in engineering most of my career, I have a non-traditional background that includes design, business, philosophy, and yoga.
