Circle Description

This Circle will teach early-mid level engineering leaders (technical leaders and people managers) how to give effective critical feedback. Through a series of four online sessions, participants will learn to identify elements of giving feedback, design a feedback structure, and practice giving feedback through breakout sessions. Mentor will be available for questions and to provide individual support in the last session.
