In this session, I'll guide you through how I update my peers and the upper management in terms of top initiatives, high-level features, ongoing improvements, or experiments. In parallel, I'll provide you the top software engineering indicators and reports that the top management looks at. Note: Circles are highly interactive group mentoring sessions. While not obliged to, you are highly encouraged to participate and to connect with one another. You’ll learn as much from the seasoned mentor as from the diverse pool of attendees!
