Michelle Gill

I'm a Director of Engineering with over 6 years of experience in leadership and 10 years of experience in technical leadership. Prior to my current role, I was a VPE for a devops training platform. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about developing the skills of those around me and helping them grow in their careers. I've been fortunate to have mentors who have guided me in my own journey, and I'm committed to paying it forward by serving as a mentor to others. As a mentor, I believe in the importance of tailoring my approach to each individual, as everyone's goals and challenges are unique. I strive to create a supportive environment where mentees feel comfortable sharing their struggles and seeking feedback. I believe in leading by example and sharing my own experiences, both successes and failures, to help guide mentees in making decisions and achieving their goals. Overall, my goal as a mentor is to empower and support others in their personal and professional growth, just as my mentors have done for me.
