This Circle is designed for ML Engineering Managers. It will focus on building high-performance ML teams to have a strong business impact. We will take the discussion both from the perspective of an ML product team and from that of an ML platform/infra team. We will discuss three topics: 1) Hiring, growing, and retaining ML talent, 2) Structuring ML projects for a sustained business impact, and 3) Establishing a partnership with other ML teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
