I'm Tyke Lewis, Director of Engineering at Slack. The majority of my career has been spent leading product engineering and infrastructure groups. I have over 15 years of experience working at tech companies; ranging from small companies to large, public, companies. I'm also a technical advisor to several companies. I'm incredibly passionate about what I do. I love talking about people management, driving big company initiatives, org design, vision setting, performance management, and building incredibly happy and productive engineering teams. My past roles include senior leadership roles at NerdWallet, Zynga, Betable, and Klout. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my two boys and playing guitar in a band in Marin County.
